This is a screen size responsiveness issue. We have rebuilt the menu so that the text reduces in size until it resets to hamburger option for tablet and phone screens. Can you confirm this now works as expected for you. |

The speech feature with the speaker icon is great. I feel though in the message when saying to click Read More or Learn More, we also need to describe the box. ie: the Green Read More box. I also think it would be helpful to go through the sections at the top of the page for people. Like Our Services include…
About us is… About you… Donate is… News at RYALT will have..and Contact Us with ohave all our contact details

We need to change the wording to current technology and replace the word Skype with Zoom or Google Meet. 3-5 days a week can also scare alot of people off with that sort of committment. I feel 2-4 is more reasonable and realistic.
I would replace the “To become a student, you need to live in a rural area or …isolated by other circumstances may make sense to us but not to someone who is illiterate. It needs to be reworded. Alot of people think rural like out on farms or bush but could be someone who lives in a small town that isnt services by a literacy centre.

1. Initial interview isnt done straight away at the moment. We take their details, sometimes by a volunteer e-receptionist who passes it onto the coordiantor. We then have our Student Interviewer call them to conduct the interview which includes reading the privacy agreement and obtains the student’s verbal agreement over the phone.
2. Privacy agreement isnt sent to the student to sign. It is done over the phone. The writing is 2 tasks. I think it should be reading assessment and writing tasks.
4. RYALT rings the student to pick the best time to complete the reading assessment
5. Again I think saying 5 times a week is too much and offputting
6. I’m pretty sure that the student isnt expected to send writing to the coach every week
7. This is a repeat of #6
8. I think this should be more that the student can practice in between lessons using our online literacy practice software if they have access to a computer and internet.

Did you want to add email addresses for Byambaa and Milli? accounts@adultliteracy.ac.nz and milli@adultliteracy.ac.nz respectively.
Our current members would be better as Our Team. Members includes all volunteers and students.

to create a new ticket I have to go back to the link again as after i submit the acknowledgement page shows. There is nowhere on that I can create a new ticket and if I click on the back arrow i am back in the unsubmitted ticket.

No photos yet on individual profiles.
Could we have a thumbnail image next to each person? A lot of people aren’t going to click on the links. I’m wondering if something that more obviously opens further information might be used there? Two examples attached.
Images are not yet on some of the profiles either . I’m guessing that is coming.
Richard Winch and the hall of Fame people have no images on their profiles.
