The audio mentions programmes and programmes are mentioned further down. But the menu refers to Our services. Should be one or the other.
Your voice sounds great btw.
We can remove all references to camp.
If you want a third service on the home page could that be ‘Train to become a literacy coach’ or could the section on camps be changed to Youth Literacy? But put Find a literacy coach (not tutor) as the first option.

The audio gives too much information about the page for a student.
And the link for students is not visible while it is playing and the audio does not describe the icon next to the words. I’d suggest that another button be right under the speaker button and that the first thing you say is ‘If you are looking for help with your reading and writing, click on the button below this one (the one with a little hat on it) to go to our student hub. If you would rather call us, then click on the last button below, the one with a picture of a phone. ‘ Either that or tell them to scroll down till they see the words ‘I’m a Student ‘ with the icon of a little hat next to it, and then click on that.

By all means continue after that with a general description of the page for near-sighted people. But our highest priority has to be people who can’t read and write well.

I love the simplicity and clean lines of the page and think there are no problems for other users.

the donate system works really well.
Do wonder about the label “Donation Name’ in the receipt. I think if it is possible to change that to Donation Type it would be more accurate. With the word ‘name’ I expect to see the donor name.
